Hug-it™ is supplied as a secondary safety device for use with harnesses as per instructions.

It is NEVER to be used on its own as the primary harness buckle or fastening, or seat belt  buckle. This is unsafe, illegal and will not protect your child.

Hug-it is intended for children in harnesses aged 1 to 2 years , and may be used with an adult belt for anyone aged 4 upwards.

If Hug-it is worn in a car accident, it should be replaced. Any softening in very hot weather is temporary and does not affect its function ; Hug-it is not affected by normal freezing.
